'Think Spring' is my personal antidote to the seemingly endless winter. It started out as a fanciful brain doodle on my iPad and then I couldn't help but stitch it up. The stitching is dense and took a very long time and I just love the way it came out. Once the embroidery was completed, I stretched it onto an 11x14 set of stretcher bars and painted the background with a sunny bright buttery yellow. It is wired for hanging on the back and can be hung with or without a frame.
Note: on the upper left side of the piece is an imperfection in the warp of the fabric.
