Original Fiber Neuro Art 18x22 - Bling Brain Framed
The faux tin frame was found in a little funky shop in Dunedin, Florida. The main body of the brain was built from Mardi Gras trim purchased in New Orleans and the cerebellum is made from handmade tatting that my friend's grandma made in California many years ago. The fiber pieces were painstakingly hand stitched onto cotton that has little white dots all over it here in Western Massachusetts by me. They reflect the little bits of shiny round sequins that are sewn into the trim. This piece is truly one of a kind and it's the most bling brain I've ever made (and....I've made a few!)
