I begin with a map of the brain in fabric collage, embroider the cerebellum and then embellish with hand embroidery. This piece features some beautiful tatting made by my good friend's grandmother.
After the fiber is finished I stretch onto wooden stretch bars and then paint around the fabric and embroidery. 8x10 inches and wired in the back for hanging.
