I begin with a map of the brain in fabric collage, embroider the cerebellum and then embellish with hand embroidery. This piece features beautifully accented trim with a flash of gold.
After the fiber is finished I stretch onto wooden stretch bars and then paint around the fabric and embroidery. 8x10 inches and wired in the back for hanging.
